I have a room for rent in a 2 bd 2 ba apartment (I currently reside in the other room).

My friend is moving out of state so looking for someone to take over that room sometime in July (the sooner the better).

You will have your own bathroom

Utilities: only internet and electricity
There is security here 24/7 at front desk.
$500 security deposit
Off site street parking

I am a pretty clean and considerate person. I love staying in but also going out as well (especially since everything is within walking distance). The apartment is mostly furnished aside from the vacant room.
