2nd bedroom in my 2bd/2bath condo located downtown. I'm looking for a clean, reliable roommate to share my place with. I travel for work so some months I'm gone quite often. Apartment is 1200 sq ft, parking space in garage if you have a car. Building amenities include two hot tubs, a pool, fitness center, racquet ball courts, 24 hour security, and gated parking.

Unit comes fully furnished, but you can bring any additional items to make yourself at home.

Appliances: in-unit washer and dryer, fridge/freezer with built in water filter, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, stove, oven, Breville Espresso Machine, Pour Over coffee maker. Blender.
