Short term sublet for bedroom with private bath

Hello! I am subletting my room with private bathroom in a fully furnished 2b/2br in the Chinatown area from June 3 through July 8. You will be living with my friend Miles who is incredibly fun, clean, and easy going.

This beautiful apartment is newly renovated with incredible amenities including an in-apartment laundry machine, A/C, 24 hr apt gym, pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, and a coworking space. It is a 15 minute walk to central Chinatown and across the street from a lovely coffee shop. Parking is street but super easy to find, I've never had issues.

Apartment will be fully furnished and rent is inclusive of utilities, wifi, Hulu, Netflix, etc. Price is $1800 inclusive of all amenities and is negotiable.
