Unbelievable room in DTLA near Staples Center

Need to sublease my room from April-December, Great Apartment complex with the Onni group located a few minutes walk from the staples center. As well as a being in a great quiet part of downtown..
rent doesn't include utilities (its roughly around $150)
wifi is seperate $33 a month
apartment building comes with 3 pools (2 rooftop pools 1 main level pool)
gym and spa (free weights and machines, cardio, strength. steam and sauna rooms)
social rooms for guests and get togethers with friends throughout the building roughly around 6 social rooms
(don't have a picture of my room as my stuff is still in it but will provide any details if inquiring) i provided the floor plan of the apartment the room is on the right (not the one with connecting bathroom). You do have your own bathroom it's just not connected like the master.
