Looking For A Friendly Roommate

I am friendly, I’m Latina so my roommate needs to be familiar with the fact that Latinos are very welcoming, I like to clean listening music, I workout at home sometimes, the rooms are big enough to have privacy and the apt also has a door that closes and separated the living room from bedrooms so that can give more privacy. Windows are isolated not noises from outside can be heard or neighbors can hear much from the apt. I want someone that become to be a friend and family. I’m a very clean and family oriented woman. I’m professional and student. My shifts can be switched due to my job performance. I cook and don’t mind my roommate to cook. I don’t mind roommate to work remotely due to COVID, I’m easy going just keep the house clean and I’m happy. The apt is huge for my self, I like to have company and my future roommate needs to be friendly, easy going and clean. I don’t mind friends coming over but please only friends that are not going to bother neighbors, respectful , no drugs , not sleeping over more than 2 days if you have a partner. The room is for a single person, no kids, no pets , but if you have kids they are welcome to spend weekend just take care the house and if I have friends over your kids needs to stay home with the other parent please.
