I’m currently looking for a roommate to share my beautiful apartment with located in Pomona, CA.
About my apartment:
The apartment complex contains a gym, a pool, designated parking spots ($75 fee) or designated free parking for all residents. The apartment itself contains stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, dishwasher, wood flooring, Central A/C & heating. This is a TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATHROOM Apartment.
About Me:
I’m a 21 year old female working in the first responder career field. I work 40+ hours a week, I’m a part time student.
When I’m not busy, I enjoy being home, going out with friends, or starting a new project.
What I’m looking for:
I am looking for a female roommate who is going to maintain a clean common area, pay their bills ON TIME, be respectful and be a good communicator.
I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Current roommate is unable to keep living with me.
Utilities, Internet, Insurance are all separate from the rent.
