I'm a full time work from home audio engineer, so being mindful of noise during 9-5 M-F would be appreciated. Located near intersection of Eagle Rock and Colorado, where there is plenty to offer in walking distance: coffee shops, restaurants, CVS, Sprouts, etc. Garage is tandem parking but street parking has never been an issue, if needed. We will split bimonthly LADWP and monthly internet. Credit approval is required from the management company.
