Renting out our spare room in Hollywood/Los Feliz. Large 2 storey, condo conversion. Looking for someone easy going and clean to take it. Would love a new friend, not just a roommate.

We are a chilled couple, who both travel a lot with work (one British who works in TV, one American who is a flight attendant). Love to cook, travel, both pretty sporty and enjoy new adventures.
