Big Studio To Share

Looking for a female roommate. Must love dogs :) I am currently renting a beautiful and large studio/apartment right by Griffith Park in Los Angeles. It is gated and located on the second floor. Plenty of street parking available. The apartment has a full kitchen and full bathroom. There is roof top access where we can see the Hollywood sign. The laundry room is located downstairs. I want to split rent and utilities 50/50. Rent is $1,400 (so your half is $700 plus half of the utilities bill is for the month). Rent is due on the first of every month NO exceptions. I ask that you are clean and respectful. I am non-judgmental, clean, respectful. Please have first months rent, last months rent. I ask that you stay at least 4 months at which time we can talk about the future, if you plan on moving sooner than that just give me 30 days notice. Move in is December 10th (possibly sooner?). Please show that you have a job with a steady income and a clean background. I?m not a huge partier, it?s cool if you are as long as you?re not someone who brings the party home with them. I enjoy netflix and chilling with my dog after a long day at work. I am new to LA and I have just moved here from the east coast. Please tell me a little about yourself!
