Roommate Wanted ASAP - Amazing Apartment to Share

- super charming 1924 building
- 1400 sq. ft. apartment
- wood floors
- good sized bedroom, ample closet space, unfurnished room
- 2 balconies overlooking the Hollywood Hills
- washer & dryer in unit
- shared bath
- non-working fireplace
- tandem parking (depending on size of your car)
- cable ready hookup in room, if needed
- must be clean, must love dogs (I have an elderly dachshund)
- $1,200 per month; $600 deposit (all utilities included: water, power, internet, gas, garbage removal)

I'd prefer a year commitment but open to month to month...starting January 1st or perhaps sooner.
