Bedroom with Private Bath

My roommate and I live in a three bedroom home with our one dog. Our third roommate is moving to michigan and we need to fill the room. Your room is the one pictured with its own private bathroom. I'm available all weekend to meet people that are interested. Rent would be 1400 internet included with one month's rent as a deposit.

About us, we are two girls in our early-mid 20's both work in education with 8-5 jobs, and both semi-recent transplants to LA.
We would like to rent out to a single person but if it is two people the rent would be 1450. Ideally, you're a chill person who enjoys casual drinks, cleanly but not fussy, down to be a fun addition to our home.

Move in as early as the 25th of February
