Looking for a Female Roommate in East Hollywood

Hi. I am looking to renew my lease. Our current lease ends November 19th, so the new lease would start November 20th.

Please note: If you are one who has to have male company and overnight company, then please do not apply. I'm looking for someone who understands that the home is a sanctuary and values quiet/privacy. No smoking also!

Details below:

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, $1800/month
Located off of Melrose & Normandie, right in the middle of Koreatown/East Hollywood.

$900/piece for rent ($1800/month total)

Utilities: LAPWD bills us every other month and the amount varies, but can range from $200 - 400 for two months

Internet: Currently $50/month ($25/piece) with Spectrum, but looking to switch

Gas: Never more than $25/month ($12/each)

There is a garage and we both have a clicker (2 spaces to our unit). There is also washer/dryer in the building, but we go to a laundromat down the street.

To apply: You need $25 for the application fee, plus a pay stub that verifies $3000/month pay (after taxes).

Move in amount will be $1800/piece (one month rent/one month security), due November 19th.
