We are looking for creative people to live together. Our goal is to make living together as convenient as possible, uniting residents with the general idea of unlimited creativity. If you are a musician, artist, actor, director, photographer or dream of doing this, then in our house you can find like-minded people, inspirers and a cozy atmosphere for creativity and leisure. We offer a bed in a shared room (boys rooms, girls rooms) in a quality home renovated with large common areas. The house is divided into isolated units with separate entrances. We welcome any creative endeavors: master classes, exhibitions, home concerts, if all this is approved by all residents. For a quiet leisure, you can use our inventory: board games, yoga mats, etc. The house also has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a large one equipped with everything necessary for cooking, free Wi-Fi, washing machines, a garage for 2 cars, parking. The rooms are divided into female and male. The bedrooms are equipped with necessary furniture and bed linen. Near the house there are shops, cafes, attractions.
To move in, you need to pay the first month $ 650 for a bunk bed or $675 for a single bed and a refundable deposit of the same amount. No bedding fee and move in fee. No hidden fees. Free application review and quick check-in. Payment by installments is possible. Free use of any household appliances.
We have prohibited: aggression, marijuana, smoking in rooms, noise at night, pets.
