I have an available unfurnished room in a 2br/2ba apartment located in Koreatown/East Hollywood. Room has own private bathroom, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Room is available Feb 15th.

Rent is $1150 + Utilities (electricity, gas, cable internet). Safety Deposit $1150. Looking for 6 month commitment (negotiable), month to month after.
