Hello! I have a lofted bedroom available in a 3 room 1100 square foot apartment on the east side of Hollywood. We are walking distance to target Ralph’s a number of cool bars and the redline metro. Me and my roommate are 26 and 33 and are in the film industry and are outdoorsy types. Always camping. The room comes with a parking space, and we have a pool jacuzzi lobby and really clean living space that is quiet. The complex is very safe with keyed entries for the elevator and lobby. Also our management is on top of any needs that we have and runs a tight ship. Hope to hear from you soon! We are looking for someone for a yearlong commitment starting with rent in July.
