Medium Size Room With Shared Bathroom

Brother and sister living in the apartment with a spare room. Two story spacious town house in Hollywood. Washer and drier in the apartment so you won’t have to pay for laundry and the apartment has central A/C and heat. Two parking spots are available you can take your pick. We expect you to be neat and clean up after yourself. We like our privacy so having friends over is okay but no more than once a week. We’re over all pretty chill and friendly people and like to socialize with our room mate. We can go over any additional things if you decide to rent the room.
