Medium Bedroom for rent in Hollywood w/ amenities

We have an extra room in our apartment and are looking to rent it out. Bathroom is shared with one other person (man) and you have access to all the amenities of the apartment including washer and drier in unit, a parking spot, tv with streaming platforms and more. We are looking for someone chill and respectful. We are not loud or disruptive and we are looking for someone who is the same.
