Master Bedroom In Heart of Silverlake Available

I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment in Silver Lake.
It's month-to-month. However, would prefer someone who is looking to stay long-term. This will be available APRIL 1st.

I have lived in this amazing apartment for nearly 5 years and absolutely LOVE it. This modern apartment is in the heart of Silverlake with so many things to do! You will be walking distance to sunset junction, courage bagels, bahn-mi shop, brunch spots, coffe shops, thrift shops, pet stores, wine market, and bars!

The apartment comes with a parking spot, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a cute rooftop with a view of downtown and the Hollywood sign. Utilities are separate and come out to around $80-$100 per month. You will have to fill out an application, do a credit check, and have proof of income.

My current room will be available to move into on April 1st. It is the master bedroom with a private full bathroom inside of it and a huge closet! The room is extremely spacious with a big window that gives you a view of the Hollywood sign, good storage space, and good size bathroom and shower. You will be roommates with my current amazing roommate Georgia! She has one cat - Theo - who is very friendly and sweet! We keep the space very clean, Georgia is super nice and chill. She is an actress and currently works at a West Hollywood restaurant. :)

We also have one other person that will be moving in April - more details to come on them.

The common space is also up for redecoration, as some of the furniture is mine. It is an amazing open area with a lot of kitchen cabinet space, a big fridge, and gas stove.
