We are renting a bedroom downstairs with a walking closet to a single person. Tenant would have full access to all first-level common areas which include a living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a large patio and yard. Utilities, Wi-Fi, AC, and one parking space included.

The ideal tenant would be professional, responsible, clean, private, non-smoking, and someone who lives a low-key healthy lifestyle.

Non-ideal tenant would be someone who doesn't respect noise levels, doesn't pay rent on time, doesn't clean up after themselves, isn't cautious of wasteful electricity or water, etc. We are requesting first and last month's and last landlord references.
No indoor pets, no smoking . . . no drugs.
