$900 a month.
$900 refundable deposit
No Last Month rent to move in too on top of 1st Month + Deposit
No Non Refundable Cleaning fee here lol
Just [$1800 to move in] vs like $2700 from other greedy renters!
Includes WATER, GAS and INTERNET! (No Cable in the House)
Split Electric usually no more then $20ish a month
They're Two Bathrooms one being mine solely so you'd just share with the occupant of my middle smaller room.
Location of my place is in BOYLE HEIGHTS close to downtown.. ALHAMBRA is our neighbor lol
My room has the Balcony which I'd be more then happy to let you chill on!!
On street Parking and Laundry is off site 2 minutes down the street!
