I am looking for my next roomate to share my fully furnished apartment with all utilities included in the monthly rent fee. My apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in East L. A.

You will have your own private room, we will share the bathroom, plus, you will have an assigned parking space and laundry machines are on site.

Your room has/includes: Spacious closet with mirrored sliding doors, one large sliding window, queen bed frame and mattress, night stands, night lamp, desk, chair, standing bureau, upholstered storage bench and a brand new split unit installed.

Must fill an application in order to be approved . No credit check.
