Single Room in 4 bed house in Redondo Beach

4 bedroom house with huge kitchen, garage, and beautiful backyard. Hot tub and grill out back to share. A lime tree grows in the backyard that we use all year around. It has a heater but no ac in-house.
A gardener comes at least once a week to upkeep the outside plants.

3 guys in their 30s, with 2 work from home. We enjoy playing music and the drums are only played outside of working hours. Shared bathroom with 2 other people.

Around $150 for utilities. Not a child friendly environment.
