The room is furnished with a mini fridge + desk ONLY. Utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry facility are included. Tenants will need to share a separate bathroom from the owner. No pets, smoking, drugs, parties, or boyfriends/girlfriends over. Please keep the common areas and rooms clean. House does have cameras outside the house itself and in front of the landlord's owner.
