My name is Chelse. I live in Historical Torrance. I have 2 cats as well that are very friendly. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a Den (with attached 2nd bathroom), and large backyard with street parking available. I am looking to rent out the den space. Den has bar, mini fridge, wood burning fireplace, built in closet space, and private access. The den is furnished with a pull out couch and large tv with Amazon fire stick. I’m 27 years old and have lived alone since 2019, but am looking for a roommate to have some extra cash since I am rarely home during the week. Let me know if this is something you’re interested in. Looking for $1200/month utilities and wifi included. 1st and last month’s rent required with $600 security deposit which makes initial payment $3000.
