The house has 1,100 sq. feet, is well renovated, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, washer and dryer and has a newly landscaped yard, including an outdoor grill, dining area and fire pit. There is ample street parking available and shops and restaurants are a short walk away. $1,600 plus utilities.
