Room is located in the back of the building so it feels very private. Also a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. The closet spans the length of the wall opposite the door, so you can store all the clothes and goodies one person could possibly need. If you happen to be looking for a bed and frame, I also happen to be selling them for a reasonable price lmk lmk!

You would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with 2 other roommates (female, 20s) and 2 very beautiful and playful kittens (male, 7 months); must love kittens! The common area is furnished with a couch, coffee table, TV, kitchen table, etc., so no need for extra furniture there. The apartment has its very own washer and dryer which is super rad because no one has time for quarters.

Street parking until August, at which point one parking space becomes available. Utilities not included.

7 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Sunset Blvd., and Echo Park. Next to Tommy's, Taco Bell, Smart and Final, etc. 10 minute drive to k-town.
