Hi! We are looking to rent out a beautiful and spacious room in our 3bed/1bath apartment in Echo Park. The room is 10’10” x 15’3” comes with a gigantic 13’ long closet. Our 1 big bathroom is shared with 2 other girls!

I'm looking to replace myself after living here for a year, and your roommates will be Oksana & Larissa - two amazing & respectful professional women in their mid-20s, working in finance/graphic design. We're all pretty friendly, clean, and responsible. We're generally quiet and do our thing, but love to have pizza & wine nights occasionally while watching movies on weekends and occasionally invite friends over. But only if you want to! We also have 2 beautiful & well behaved kittens in the common area. 🐱🐱

The apartment has a beautiful, all-new-renovated kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors, new appliances, including in-unit washer and dryer. The place is fully furnished, except for your private room. Furniture shown in the pics will NOT come with the room.
