Looking for someone to take over my room from Dec 1st - June 15th. $1,200/ month for rent including water bill, but no other utilities.

The apartment’s living room/kitchen is already furnished. It also has a patio and backyard! Great location in echo park! Right by Echo Park Lake, Elysian park and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and weekly flea and farmer markets!

My two housemates are both females between 22-23 years old who work full time. They are both love to cook, travel, watch Netflix and have a good time! They’re looking for someone who will be responsible with good communication skills, along with someone who loves to have fun!
