It's private and has access through the side yard if wanted. Only a shared kitchen and living room area. The craftsman home is set back and feels like you're not even in LA.

I'd prefer you have a job or/and a big'ol bank account, friendly, not needy, clean/tidy. Proof of work would be nice to see, drug free, cigarettes outside. First months rent + $2100 deposit, and a one year agreement upon move in. Month to month after that : -)

About me, my name is Philip, 37, and work in animation as an artist. Have a dog and cat, both very sweet. The dog will probably welcome you as you come home once she gets to know ya haha. I currently work from home in the spare office in the side yard. I'm a Christian and make it a point to try and like everybody and not be a creep.
