In-unit washer/dryer.
Bright and spacious kitchen with dishwasher.
Big open downstairs with tall ceilings, couch, smart TV, and sound system.
Gated entrance.
Locked storage locker in the carport. (6’ x 2.5’ x 1.5’)

Late 20s to early 40s, Clean, reliable, easy going and a good communicator, mindful of sharing space while also feeling at home. Part of the LGBTQIA+ community or strong ally. Please, no additional pets.
