Room available in recently renovated house

Hello my name is Haley! I’m 23 years old and I’m a working college student. I have an available room in my house in El Monte, close to Pasadena and Los Angeles. The home was recently renovated so everything is new: flooring, appliances, lighting, etc. I live here with my cat but I would really love to have a roommate move in as soon as possible.
