room has a large window and closet. unfurnished but welcome to use my furniture/appliances in the shared space. overall apt is 1000sqft. only two other units in the building and they are occupied by families so it's a relatively calm, quiet place. no laundry on site but laundromat down the street. near market, CVS, 10 freeway, Rosemead Blvd, restaurants, dog park, walking trail.
