Beautiful Room at the Beach

Room is available until Jan 6.. This is for a single person only and no animals accepted. Rent includes all utilities, fully furnished and laundry on-site. Parking is off-site on the street and in addition a resident parking pass is available.

Live the beach life! This house is located one block from the beach. The space is pristine and you will have everything you need. The room available is cozy and has 3 areas for storage. Common areas such as kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor patio are shared. All utilities are included. The room is furnished as is and includes a twin bed as shown. I’m a single mom and my 6 yr old son stays with me 50% of the time. I’m easy-going and quiet. Short term or long term is allowed and flexible with timing.

A security deposit is required.
