Roommate needed to share a two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment in El Segundo. Apartment features living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and balcony. Has a ton of windows that face west, so we get a lot of natural light and a nice ocean breeze. Location is a quiet neighborhood half a mile from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown El Segundo... 5 minutes from LAX and a short drive to Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beaches to the south, and Marina del Rey, Venice, and Culver City to the north. Rent is $1350/month and includes utilities (gas, electric and internet) and housekeeping every 2 weeks. A one month deposit is required. The room is available February 15. The room measures approximately 10'x12' and comes with a carport parking space.

We're looking for a female roommate. Seriously. Sorry fellas. Non-smoking. No drugs. Financially responsible. We like company and social activities, but within reason... because we also like a decent night’s sleep. We are looking for someone who feels equal responsibility for household maintenance is a must. A sense of humor is preferable.
