Master Bedroom Available for Rent

My current roommate has decided to move out 4 months prior to the lease ending for financial reasons. I am looking for someone who isn't looking to throw parties and is a working professional who likes to keep it mellow in the evenings. i have a small dog who is very friendly and leaves the apartment with me when i'm gone on trips. there is laundry on site. there is a full kitchen, and we would split the storage 50/50. the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. there is 2 parking spots available in our carport and there is also plenty of street parking. the master bedroom is unfurnished.
