Room for Rent - Desirable Location

This listing is for a room in my house where I live with my 12 and 13 year old boys and our 50lb dog. I'm a single mother and work from home.

Rent includes all utilities, WiFi and YouTube TV.

We live in a desirable Silicon Beach location. Close to LAX, Boeing, AT&T, Google, YouTube, Loyola Marymount University, El Segundo Unified schools, Manhattan Beach, Metro Buses / Green Line Rail, and direct access to 105 freeway with connector to 405, 110 and 605.

The house shares a property with 20 apartment units. The community area includes a pool, grill, and firepit. The house also has a large private yard and patio.

Inside, the house is bright and airy. There are granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors as well as a gourmet kitchen with double oven. The bath is semi-private because the washer and dryer are inside. It is also used occasionally as a guest bathroom. The bedroom is cozy and includes some built-in drawers.

The house sits adjacent to a greenbelt with walking trails. We are walking distance to Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Ralphs Grocery, gas stations, and many dining options. Trader Joes, Gelsons and Whole Foods are a short drive.
