Cute bedroom with walk in closet!

We have a spare bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment near downtown El Segundo. My fianc? will be out of state for work for the next year so it will be just me and my 2 cats to live with. The cats are friendly but don?t need to be in your room. The apartment is just up the street from downtown El Segundo where there are lots of bars and restaurants, the beach isn?t much further down the road. The area is quiet and safe with plenty of street parking on either side. Im a 33 year old professional that works in healthcare staffing 8-5 Monday-Friday. I?m quiet and clean, will probably go out to spend time with friends instead of having them over. Let me know if you have any other questions!
