Hi! My name is Jason and I’m looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom of my large 3bed 2bath apartment in El Segundo. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, honest and employed. Most importantly, I need someone who I can trust (preferably a female) to share the apartment with me and my daughters. This new roommate will get the huge 281 square foot master bedroom, private bathroom in their room, large custom closet, private entrance, use of the rest of the apartment and assigned carport parking. Rent is $1,400.00 + 1/3 the electric and internet. (average around $56 month)

A little information about me.
I'm a 47 yr old, full-time professional working in the entertainment industry. I’m honest, organized, social, fiscally responsible, clean and a father to twin 10yr old daughters. I am out of the house M-F 7am to 6:45pm. In the evenings, I eat dinner and maybe watch something on TV. On the weekends, I keep busy with my children and friends.

*My daughters are my main concern when choosing a roommate. That's why I'd prefer a female, but that doesn’t rule men out either. A background & credit check will be required.

I have 50/50 custody of my daughters. I alternate custody of them as I have them 2 days one week and then 5 days the next week. When I have them for my 2-day stretch, on Wed & Thurs, I arrive home with them around 6:45pm and they are with me overnight till I drop them off at school. When I have them for my 5-day stretch, I have them around 6:45pm on W, Th, Fri and the entire weekend till I drop them off at school on Monday.
