You will share the space, kitchen, living room, with 3 males. Share a bathroom with 2 males, and laundry room (regular W/D) on site with them plus the two people living upstairs. There?s a back patio to chill. A/c is controlled by app you can download on your phone. Street parking. Smoking cigarettes allowed outside only but most of the roommates do 420 in their own rooms. All tenants are mid to late 20s and love music, so playing music through speakers is ok! Single occupancy only.
Desk, dresser drawer, and mattress included. Will cover mattress in new vinyl mattress cover. I will have some of my things in the closet, but will leave enough space.
