The house is a three bed two bath, my partner (Michael) and I (Anastasia) share one room. We have one current roommate named Drew. We’re looking for ONE other roommate for the other bedroom.

Brand new kitchen just remodeled w/ new appliances, bathrooms have both been updated - big living space downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs freshly painted. Two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs will be shared.

We are looking for students and/or young professionals who are quiet/nice/respectful and take COVID seriously. We have one small cat, a hamster and 2 guinea pigs, unfortunately no other pets allowed (we're maxed out haha).

Rent is $950 per/month looking for one year lease *for students can be semester long lease.

Move in mid January (flexible)
First months rent and $950 deposit due at move in.
Water/power/internet/gas all Utilities shared approx. $50-$70 per month

A little about current occupants:
Michael (26, he/him) is a computer programmer in DTLA. He likes cooking new recipes, rollerblading, skateboarding and surfing.
I (25, she/they) am a grad student getting my Masters in library and information science. I work at a rock climbing gym. I like to craft, sew, and bake.
Drew (27, he/him) works at the Artisma Plant nursery, he likes to cook, plants, hiking and camping.

We are all clean, friendly, quiet, and conscientious of other people.
We’re looking for likeminded people to share a house with who are nice, friendly, respectful, and COVID cautious. (Everyone has been fully vaccinated)
