Private bedroom and bathroom available in large apartment. Amenities include washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, fireplace, balcony, lots of closet space, parking space in garage. Looking for a professional who works outside of home (since I work from home). Creative types welcome. I am easy going and personable and easy to get along with and hope for the same in a roommate. I have a daughter in college in NY who will be back in LA for Christmas, but will split her time between staying at her dad's, with friends, and with me. She will sleep in my bedroom while she is visiting with me.
