I have a room opening up in a lovely 2-story 3-bedroom house in Lake Balboa, CA (next to Tarzana / Sherman Oaks) ... San Fernando Valley.

The house has a pool, music studio, jacuzzi, yard, is fully furnished, easy parking ... 2.5 bathrooms.

Its a great neighborhood and there's a several million dollar+ house directly across the street from us.

This is a great place to live for someone whose trying to focus on themselves and their career. Not so much a great place for someone who is party-central and all over the place or who can't pay their rent on time.

I'm a USC grad / entrepreneur, operating my own business. There is another gentleman living here who is a senior UCLA student (its a 3 bedroom house).

This place is suited well for an entrepreneur, musician, or other driven individual, and you would be able to schedule time in the recording studio on occasion. There's also a very large back yard / pool area that is quiet and nature-ey (great for relaxing / meditating).

I initially moved here after living right in the center of the city, wanting some peace and quiet away from the constant traffic, ambulances, fire trucks, insane traffic, etc .. and I've been here for two years now.
Good rental history and credit is a must, as is paying rent on time.

The price is $1020.00 for the room + utilities which are shared between the 3 of us.
