Large closet. Bedroom has its own linen closet and new air conditioner. Would be sharing apartment with female and male roommate who are very young senior citizens! Use of living room and kitchen. Washer/dryer in kitchen. Rent includes utilities and wi-fi. We have cats, but they have never been in the spare room, so it is clear of cat hair and cat dander. Looking for a roommate who is who is quiet and responsible.
