Month-to-month lease and rent is $1050/month looking for someone to move in at the end of March.
About the room: 14' x 10' with lots of natural sunlight, overhead ceiling fan, big window sill, and hardwood floors. The room borders the front of the house and occasionally gets some noise from the street. There is a single closet in the room and a shared bathroom outside (shared with a female roommate).
About the roommates: the house is shared with a couple and another roommate. We are a mix of students and professionals. There are two friendly dogs, one large and one medium-sized. We like to have a friendly vibe but also keep our own schedules. We like to keep the space pretty calm.
About the house: We have a large backyard (see pictures) with plenty of seating. The kitchen has a gas stove, plenty of countertop space and a shared fridge. Washer/dryer included. Utilities (electric, gas, water, wi-fi) are split four ways and average ~$100/month per person. There is parking space in our driveway.
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who is easy-going, relatively clean, and able to communicate well.
- Enjoys animals
