Room for rent in a house

Hello everyone, I live with my wife in a 3-bedroom home close to a school. We would pretty much be sharing the home with you (No couples). We are looking for someone who doesn’t work from home most of the time.

The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. The house is cozy and you will get to see it once you interview with me over the phone. We have a washer and dryer with central heating and air conditioning. We have one cat and her name is Donna, she is very clean and friendly, if you are allergic to cats then this could be an issue for you. Although I am allergic to cats I have learned to adjust and be ok with her, but this doesn’t have to be your case. 

Utilities are not included, but negotiable. We do require one month of deposit and a credit check is required.
