Private room in a 2 Bed 2.5 Bath house

This is a 2 story home built only 3 years ago. The home comes equipped with washer and dryer, ac / heat, backyard, outdoor shed, outdoor grill, gas grill and stove, dishwasher, fully furnished living room and kitchen appliances. I will take care of all bills. Currently the room is furnished with a brand new bed and newish bed frame. If you come with your own bedroom furniture I am more than happy to accommodate that and remove the bedroom furniture. I am also open to accommodating an office space for you in the downstairs common area if you require that space to work. I currently live alone here and don't spend all that much time here. I'm either out working or hanging out with friends most of the time. I'm happy to show the place to you any weekday after 5pm or on weekends!
