Cozy Clean and Cute Apartment needs a roommate

Hi there! I am renting a room in a beautiful, clean, cozy apartment.
(Only girls please)
The neighborhood is filled with lots of benefits like supermarkets right next to it, freeways and many more.
The building comes with great amenities: pool, sauna, gym, laundry rooms, parking spaces and a beautiful and airy meeting room that looks like a museum.
The bedroom is not furnished but upon necessity I might be able to arrange furniture, it has a huge closet space and a beautiful view right outside where you can see the green trees, the pool and hear very talented birds serenading for you every day.
It has one shared bathroom that it must be maintain clean all the time.
I am looking for a calm, quite and respectful person that I can share this good energy space with. (No smoking, no drugs or alcohol).
