Looking for roommate in Encino, CA

Hello! My name is Noah and I am a gay male in my mid 20s working in entertainment. My roomate of 5 years is moving to NYC and I am looking to fill her room.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in Encino and the room comes with a private bathroom and covered parking space. The building is newly rennovated and includes a pool, hottub, gym, gated parking lot, and 2 laundry rooms. The apartment comes with wifi, AC, heat, a dish washer, full kitchen, and fridge. Gas and garbage are included in the rent, electric and water are paid for separately. From the apartment there is easy access to the 101 and we are a 20 min drive from the westside and hollywood.

The room is unfurnished. The common living spaces are furnished with space to add your own personal touches if desired!

In general my roommate would describe me as a quiet and chill roommate. I am happy to do my own thing and/or be a familiar and friendly face in this wild city.
