Hi Everyone! My roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so it has come the time for me to look for a new housemate! Long term preferred!
The Place:
The Piero is a gorgeous complex in DTLA and the apartment is absolutely perfect for roommates. We each have our own bathroom (with bathtub!) & walk in closest. There's a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and cute little patio. There's 2 parking spots and currently I don't have a car so you don't have to deal with tandem parking every morning! lol
Amenities:
The complex is huge. It includes a gorgeous pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 gyms, fire pit, conference rooms, study areas, sauna, steam room, tanning bed, etc. The pool has to be my fave part about the place, it has the most beautiful view of downtown
Location:
Located in the finance district I absolutely love the area. The grocery store is across the street, a wonderful Brazilian coffee shop around the corner, Fig at 7th is about a 7 minute walk. You can also get to all the other LA usual spots (West Hollywood, Santa Monica, LAX in about 20 minutes
About Me/About You:
So I am a 28 year old New Yorker working in the music industry that moved from London to LA about a year ago. My job is in the Arts District so this apartment is the perfect spot. I enjoy hiking, live music, rooftop cocktails, brunch, the normal things.
Currently the apartment is a little plain, I really want to spruce it up this year and make it feel like a home and looking for someone that also is looking for that vibe of a place and would want to get dinner/drinks every now and then!
