Renting out the master bedroom w/ private bath. The apartment is fully furnished w/ everything in a household (towels, bedsheets, kitchen appliances, TV and internet etc.) The living room and kitchen will be shared with 2 other roommates. Washer/ dryer in unit as well.

2nd room will be shared with 2 other roommates, and the bathroom will be shared between the two.

There is full access to swimming pool, pool table, yoga studio/gym and it also comes with a parking space. There?s a grocery store and a Starbucks attached to the building, so it?s a luxury community. Short walk to Staples Center, LA Live and Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Looking for a respectful person that will treat the place like his/her own, preferably a professional. No pets.
